Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, product-free hair, ready for your scheduled service.
Guest Policy
Additional guests are not permitted unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Hair Length Requirement
Hair must be at least 3+ inches in length to ensure proper styling results.

Please review all policies prior to booking to ensure a seamless and elevated salon experience.

BRAIDING POLICIES

• Hair is included with all braiding services unless stated otherwise.

• Please specify your desired hair color in the notes section when booking. If not specified, 1B will be used by default.

• Shampoo/wash is NOT included in braiding services.

• Please arrive with clean, dry hair free of oils and product buildup.

• If a wash is needed, it must be booked as an add-on service.

• Failure to arrive with properly prepped hair may result in an additional fee.

DEPOSIT POLICY

• A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Online booking is preferred and requires a card on file.

• No deposit = No appointment.

• The deposit will be applied toward your total balance at checkout.

CANCELLATION & VISITOR POLICY

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in:

– Loss of deposit

– Up to 50% charge of booked service

• Arriving 20+ minutes late without notice may result in cancellation.

• No extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced.

• This includes children, friends, and additional visitors.
